I have a problem with my Gotcha Evolve. Yesterday it had 3/4 battery left and I wanted to charge it so I would have 100% battery the next day. When I plugged it in it suddenly went black screen and it doesn't light up anymore. I read on the internet that it went into a "hibernation mode" and that you could reset it by plugging it in and out of the USB charging port 10/20 times quickly, which unfortunately ended unsuccessfully after several attempts. What can I do? 😔
Try resetting the Evolve with the app. If it can still be found with it, the app could revive the Gotcha. If that doesn't work, the only thing to do is wait until the battery is completely empty. And then don't even try, unfortunately that's not a good solution.
