Question about Sony PS4 Dualshock 4 Wireless Controller

I have a problem with this controller! I play with it via the PC on Playstation Now, but I can only play PS 3 games with it but no PS 4 games. The controller works in the menu and I can also start the PS 4 game but when I am asked to press any button, nothing works. I have connected it with a USB cable, reinstalled it several times, read a small hole under L2 but nothing worked. Would be glad for help!

Test it with another game to make sure it's not just the one game. Unfortunately, I don't have any better or more concrete help for you.
