If you have bluethooth available in your car radio, it should work without any problems! The adapter works perfectly for me. I have apple car play via USB cable and wanted to connect it via bluetooth. Once you have established this connection (confirm once in the bluetooth menu), it will work automatically. You will then see the corresponding app in the car radio menu.
