Question about i-tec USB-C Triple 4K Display Docking Station

I have a Surface Book 3 and a Samsung 43.5" and a Samsung 27", each connected via DP but have also tried the other with HDMI. Now only one monitor works at a time. As soon as both monitors are switched on at the same time, both go black and the laptop no longer recognises the monitors. Has anyone already had the same problem or can help me further?

Hey, the problem here is probably with the output of your surface. This can only feed another image source, as it is probably not a thunderbolt supported usb c port.

adibossi has already written: with Mac Book, the docking station can only support 1 external monitor and not two independent ones. If two external monitors then only mirrored.
