I have a USB-C connector. However, on my computer I only have ("old-fashioned") USB-A connections. Does this connector work? If not, thanks for a suggestion that works.

Hi Sabrina, I have the same question as you - do you have the answer by now? I.e. can I connect a docking station with two HDMI-connected screens via the adapter if I only have a USB-A socket on the laptop (3.0)?

It works. However, only the functions that work in USB-A are supported. I connected a USB-C display adapter. It did not work.
