I have a VW Golf from 2020 with CarPlay. I have a Samsung mobile and Android Auto only works with a cable connection (USB-c). Would it work with the Carlinkit 5.0 CPC200-2air without cable and with what range of functions? Or which devices are better?

Helpful answer

I have been using the Carlinkit 5.0 on a Mazda MX 30 from 2020 for over a year. Only USB C worked before. I use the Samsung S23 Ultra. I have no problems. The mobile always connects to Android Auto immediately and there are no crashes or malfunctions.

Will also work with Carlinkit without a cable. That is the purpose of this device. I don't know of a better device.
