I have already bought 2 of these headphones. I find the volume and comfort great! But they both beep every 20 seconds, even though the battery is fully charged... Is there any way to reset the software/stop the beeping?

I have also found the same error in other forums about this product.

Had exactly the same problem and therefore returned it.... Seems to be a general fault of the product....
