Question about Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2

I have an Elgato 4k60 pro mk.2 to record Ps5 gameplay. And I have 2 problems. 1. when I want to record then in the obs studio picture and sound from the ps5 is there but my 4K TV gets no signal from the elgato. Only when I open the 4K Capture Utility software and then close it again does my TV get the output signal from the elgato. 2. during recording there is occasionally a signal loss from the elgato. I would be very happy if someone could help me. Maybe it's just a setting error.

I also had the same problem with my cable. I then bought the cable Club 3D HDMI (Type A) - HDMI (Type A) (3 m, HDMI) and have had no more problems since then. But I can't guarantee that it's the same for you.
