Question about Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2

I have an Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro. As soon as I switch off the PC, there is no picture on my XBOX monitor. When I turn the PC back on, the picture on my XBOX monitor also works again. Must somehow be connected to the card, because with the previous external solution with Elgato I did not have this problem.
