Question about Sonos Beam Gen 2

I have bought a new Sony TV X85K (digitec.ch/en/s1/product/so...). Unfortunately, I have not yet managed to connect the Sonos Beam to the TV via HDMI-ARC. I have reset both devices to factory settings, as well as checked all the settings of the Sony TV and changed them on a trial basis. The TV recognises an audio system, but the Sonos app can't connect. I can't get any sound through the Beam. It's quite annoying, I don't think anyone will help me (Sony will refer to Sonos and Sonos will refer to Sony). The same Beam worked fine on a Samsung TV. Unfortunately, I had to replace the TV as the Samsung didn't even last a year. For this reason I have now bought the Sony, but without sound it is no fun.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other idea, but I had a Sony in the past where I had big problems with additional speakers where there was no solution. I now have 2 Samsung with Sonos Beam Gen 2 and no problems. Sorry for you (Have you tried the app from your phone?).
