Question about Delock HDMI Audio 5.1 Extractor, 4K, 60Hz

I have connected my Swisscom TV-Box 2.0, Sonos AMP and beamer (Epson EH-TW7100) with the Delock. Every time I restart the projector, I have to unplug the adapter and plug it back in again to get the signal back. That's a no-go, of course. Is it the device? the combination? Does anyone have any tips?

This could be due to the device. I also have this behaviour from time to time. But then the sound no longer comes through. I also have to connect my AppleTV directly to the TV in order for my TV to understand the picture signal again via the Delock. But that is probably more the fault of the TV.
