I have connected various peripherals (mouse, keyboard, camera etc.) to the dock. When I connect my HP laptop, it recognises all the devices without any problems. However, when I connect my Lenovo business laptop, it does not recognise any of the devices and I have to connect everything via Bluetooth. Does anyone know what this could be and how to fix it?

Thunderbold sometimes prohibits the peripherals by default. Check the security settings in the BIOS or operating system.

Hello Joel. I am not a crack. Maybe you know a lot more than I do. Just this: 1. update the software of the docking station to the latest version. 2. plug in and unplug the docking station once so that it also has to reboot. 3. 2. plug in and unplug the docking station once so that it also has to reboot 3. maybe you also have to install these peripheral devices on the new computer. 4. although I don't believe it myself: maybe there is so much security on the business computer that it stops everything.
If you want to answer, please reply directly to my mail: raoul.bloch@outlook.com. But I'm not an expert either.
Best regards. Raoul
