I have installed the internet radio, it works fine: ONLY: there is no sound. Set it up again 3 times and there is simply no sound! Can anyone help me? Eva

Hello Eva. I also had this problem and tried everything. Finally, I opened a warranty claim and sent the device back. After a few days, a new one arrived. Since then it works perfectly.
