I have music dropouts all the time and only in wireless mode. The dropouts last for five to thirty seconds. What could be the cause?

Does this unit play music in stereo? Unfortunately, this is not mentioned anywhere in the detailed marketing description. That would be important to me. (The predecessor, the Bose Sound Link Mini II, was a stereo device).

I have such rare dropouts on all my devices (Bose Sound Touch 30, Bose Sound Touch 10, notebook). In one case, the WLAN hotspot is 50 cm from the device, in another case it is on the upper floor and in the third case it is behind a wall. No device stands out due to increased dropouts. They are very rare everywhere. I can't say whether this comes from the hotspot, from streaming or from the player itself.

This is probably due to the poor Wi-Fi connection. I also had this problem at the beginning. But it was solved by changing the location of the device.

I also had that at the beginning. It was due to the "unstable" WLAN. I have now installed a Devolo 1200+ Wifi in the same room and have no more dropouts.
