Question about Neolab Neo Smartpen M1

I have now ordered the Moleskine Planner (digital paper). This is recognised as digital paper by the camera, but not that it is a Planner. What can I do to change this? According to the manufacturer, the M1 pen should have the function of automatically synchronising calendar entries with Outlook (or Google).

Unfortunately, we no longer have the pen on sale, so I can't say. I can't find this pen from the manufacturer either. I just see in our description "Notes app for easy transcribing, sharing, managing and editing notes; automatically syncs with Evernote, Adobe, OneNote, Google Drive." However, there is no mention of Outlook, only Google.

For technical support, I would recommend you contact the manufacturer of the affected device. At best, contact Moleskine. Otherwise, I hope that another user from the Community can help you.
