I have owned the K100 keyboard for a few months now. Since then, ICUE crashes regularly, as do all USB devices connected to my PC. The worst thing is that the keyboard types letters on its own. I can't use it in some games because of this problem, as it presses the WASD keys to control itself. At first I thought it was a hacker attack. So I formatted my PC and reinstalled Windows, but to no avail. After researching on the Internet, I found out that the keyboard apparently has a firmware error that can be rectified by an update. Despite several ICUE reinstalls and resetting the keyboard to ensure no macros are present, the problem persists. I bought the keyboard for CHF 270 and I can't even use it. What should I do in this situation?
