Question about Sonos Era 100

I have owned this speaker for a few weeks now and have tested it extensively since then. However, I noticed something right from the start, namely that the speaker has very poor microphones. With the previous smart speakers (Google Nest), you could speak to the speaker quite comfortably and hardly had to speak louder. However, with this one you almost have to shout to activate it with "ALEXA". I wanted to ask if anyone is also struggling with this? And whether there's anything you can do about it?

I have an ERA 100 in the kitchen and recently installed an update. I use "Hey Sonos" to control the volume and play the next track. Works perfectly. I don't use Alexa and the like, so I can't report on that, sorry.

I have had two of these speakers for a year and am very happy with the sound. Unfortunately, I don't use the microphones and therefore can't judge them, sorry.
