I have plugged my mouse and keyboard dongles into the USB-A slots provided. However, neither is recognised on startup. Does anyone know the problem? However, the Bluetooth dongle for the headphones works...

It works perfectly for us. Maybe try another port. What kind of keyboard is it? Does it work when the dongle is plugged directly into the notebook? Sometimes the keyboard/mouse has to be paired with the dongle...
