Hi, PD3200U makes no noise. Great screen!

For 900Fr+ getting 4k with only 60hz is a bit low^^ Depends on what you want to do of course. Videos it's okay, but if you have a sensitive eye, and edit videos/films with over 75-100+FPS then I recommend you to look for a screen that can also broadcast these frames.... e.g. a 75-144hz monitor.

It depends on the area of application and whether that bothers you, if you want to spend so much money on a screen you should also get a lot for it^^

Regarding your question, we have a screen like this in the company, it doesn't make any loud noises.
