I have the headset without Mix Amp Pro, so only a 3.5mm jack for the PC. Now, in the Astro Command Center the headset is not shown at all (Windows 10), although the headset works. Has anyone else had this problem?

I think it only works with MixAmp. I also had it without and it didn't work for me either. The software, as I understand it, is only for the MixAmp. I recommend you to get it... with MixAmp definitely in the top 3 headsets there are.
