I have the problem that I cannot configure the hub. My mobile can't access the hub's own WLAN. Do you have any suggestions for a solution?

The device does not send its own Wi-Fi signal. You must integrate it into your 2.4 GHz home network via the Aqara app. You can then add accessories via the app. I followed the quick start guide and it worked for me without any problems.

Good morning. Not sure if this is what you are asking, however here is a crucial tip: The cell phone (or device) that you use to configure the hub must be connected to the 2.4GHz version of your WiFi. If it connects to the 5 GHz one, all else fails. To achieve that, you have two options: (1) you turn off the 5GHz bank from your router settings. Some routers do not offer this option, unfortunately. (2) You move to a place in the house/apartment that is far enough from the router, so that the WiFi signal gets weak and the cell phone PLUS the Hub automatically pick up the 2.4GHz band. If you live in a small apartment, this might be a challenge - try moving away to the stairwell or even at a different floor of the building. Hope this helps. Good luck!

You also need to check that the choice of country is correct in the application (Profile -> Settings -> Region).
