Looking up the manufacturer's item number I can confirm that yes, this is the V2 model. I actually have it and can only say that the battery holds up really, really well - I don't know how else it would show. The listed langues are german (DE), french (FR), italian (IT) and english (EN). I've got mine in english for the main menu, the actual game language might be more or less, depending on what you actually buy.

Well I just checked on mine and it has the Portuguese language for the menu (keep in mind that the games might not be and the store is either in French or German, depending on what system language you choose, I didn't check Italian) . 

I can confirm that this is the new version with the new Tegra  x1 chipset that is more power efficient (actually  I think the battery is the same capacity in both the new and the old one).
