Question about Kandao Meeting Pro
I just bought this device here (through my company) but I have a problem: the power supply unit comes with plugs that don't fit in Swiss sockets (European standard, thicker plugs). I'm using an EU>CH travel adapter but it's not practical. Does anyone have a solution? I'm not sure. It's a very good device, we have several in circulation. I recommend buying a real carrying case (e.g. Sony SRS-XB43 bluetooth speaker hard case which is the right size) because the supplied case only protects against dust.

It is not entirely clear from the pictures. Isn't the camera simply powered by USB-C? If so, it should also be possible to use any other sufficiently powerful USB power supply.

Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical equipment with a Swiss plug. If the unit is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
