Question about Logitech Folio Touch
I just bought this keyboard and I noticed that the iPad does not turn off the screen when closing the keyboard. I don't think so...
Check if the following option is activated in the settings: Display & Brightness -> Lock / Unlock.
Maybe the Folio Touch does not support this.
