I just got this product and after a little use, the light on the right controller flashed red every 0.75 seconds and it shut down. I plugged it in overnight, but the next morning it was still flashing?????? What does this mean? If it is broken, can I send it back and ask for a new one?

For me, the device works perfectly and I don't regret buying it at all. One possible solution is to plug the controllers together (both correctly) and then charge them so that both sides are charged. Do the two controllers have a connection to each other? And the charging time is very long for the small battery, plugged in overnight should be or has always been enough for me. Hopefully I was able to help, otherwise I would have the device replaced as well.
