I measured the following values at the location where I want to use the bell with my mobile and the Speedtest app: 9.96 MB/s download and 2.72 MB/s upload. That should be sufficient, right? Also, is the battery level of the doorbell displayed in the app, or is there a low battery warning?

Hello
The measured values are sufficient, but in my opinion they say little. In my case, I measured twice the values. The video image still does not work. In the device status of the Ring Doorbell you will find the signal strength of the modem under the heading Network. For me, the signal strength is good (RSSI -48). Under the heading Tools you will find a device status report. The report states that if the signal strength is good, the WLAN connection can be lost, the video quality is poor or there is delayed or no notification. Suggestion according to the report: Install a Chime Pro to strengthen the WLAN signal. I ordered one from Digitec today. I may be able to tell you on Thursday whether it has helped.
