I mistakenly connected the wrong app to the watch when I first used it. Then realised that all the functions didn't work with it. Now I want to connect the right one, but the watch won't switch on and always asks for the wrong app. Does anyone have any advice?

Press the main button/menu button on the watch (the button) for at least 3-4 seconds.
Menu is called up (switch off / restart / reset)

Select Reset (in English "Reset" if you have not changed the language)

When resetting, the watch is restarted and all settings and shortcuts are deleted and reset to their original state. In other words, the watch is put back into operation as new! Follow the installation instructions for the watch and link it to the correct app.


I hope it works, otherwise warranty claim.
