I need something that was described in a tutorial as a "dummy plug" (This tutorial linked to this product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FB4VJL9/ref=as_li_ss_tl?linkCode=sl1&linkId=6191ced995dbc47af0bf4e1f225df569&th=1&language=en_US&tag=serverdiscord-20&ie=UTF8). Is this what I am looking for?

This "LogiLink HDMI EDID Emulator" is a comparable product, a "dummy plug" as described in the amazone link from the tutorial. The LogiLink stores the information (resolution, frequency...) of the last connected screen. If the LogiLink is connected to a Windows computer, the emulated data can be selected directly via the control panel.

The LogiLink is therefore ideal for operating a computer "headless", i.e. completely without a screen connected, for example via a remote connection. I have been using this for a long time without any problems!

No, a dummy plug is something different and does something different. Look up "HDMI headless". But not the Grafik Accelerator, the only search result for it on Digitec.
