I never order anything from digitec again if I want it on release day. It's never worked before. It really sucks.

Normally we can keep the release well. Only now and then does it happen that there is a delay. In your case, however, another product is blocking the delivery, so the game has not yet been shipped. You can activate a partial delivery via your customer account and then the game will be sent out. Otherwise, you can contact our customer service.
