I order this product over 2 weeks ago now and it has said "ready for delivery" since I ordered and every day since. There were 10 units in the warehouse. My order still says ready for delivery but if you look at the product site it says "delivery date exceeded...". Can you please tell me what I can expect? Or update the timing on my order? If i have the correct info at least I can cancel and buy somewhere else.

It's a great monitor. I ordered mine pre-covid... so it arrived next day.

You should contact customer service by phone. They're typically very helpful.

I think I had the same issue and it took me a week to receive the screen and it was expected due to the coronavirus. But two weeks is really a long time, sorry to hear that. It is anyhow a great screen!
