I ordered the monitor and have now received it - but somehow I cannot connect it to my laptop (hp elitebook x360 1030 g3). However, I cannot add the monitor. It does not appear at all on my laptop... I have tried everything in the meantime - funnily enough, my colleague can simply connect his laptop and the monitor is connected. It does not work for me Does anyone have an idea what I could do to finally connect the monitor to my laptop?
