Question about Xiaomi Redmi Smart Pen
I ordered the pen some time ago, but there's just one thing that leaves me a bit perplexed: How do you switch this pen off? Stupidly, it loses its full battery charge really quickly because it is permanently connected to Bluetooth and "on". Then I simply switched off my Bluetooth and hoped that the pen would switch itself off. But it still loses battery, not so quickly, but still too quickly. Does anyone happen to know a trick? Or is there a setting on the Xiaomi Pad Pro itself where I can adjust this somehow? Many thanks in advance!
Hello, the pen switches off automatically if it is disconnected from Bluetooth, otherwise it stays on.
According to our information, this pen does not have an on/off switch - as it is always charged on the side of the tablet when not in use, the charge per use should be sufficient. If you suspect a defect with your pen, please contact our customer service.
