I pre-ordered the headset on 05.11.2020 and have still not received it. Of course I also paid for it. Even the customer service could not give me any information in mid-December when I would receive it. It is quite frustrating not to receive any new information, especially when something has been purchased and it was not clearly dated for dispatch on 19.11.2020 at the time. Now there is no information available on my account page.

The headset was dated 19.11.2020 when I ordered it, otherwise I wouldn't have pre-ordered it.
