I received the Icy Box yesterday and connected to a brand new Apple Macbook which I purchased earlier this week. The Icy Box is not working, it is not recognised. I put in different USB cards etc and nothing shows up on my computer. What am I doing incorrectly?

A bit late, but it may help others with M1 and higher chips and depending on the MacOS version you may need additional drivers. It is an AX88179 chipset from ASIX.

Hey,
I'm using it with a Macbook Pro from 2019 and it works perfectly fine. Maybe there is an issue with the latest MacOS or it's the M1-architecture that causes the troubles. Do you have the possibility to check it with another PC or Macbook, to see if the device itself maybe has a harware failure?
