I received the speaker but it won't turn on. it only turns on with power. it won't turn on with the battery. how did you do when you received it? should the LEDs on the back not light up when the speaker is connected to power? I saw on the support page that the battery has to be removed and then connected to power. it has to be turned on and then disconnected from power. put the battery in and charge it. but even then it won't turn on.

I have a similar problem. The battery only charges when the unit is switched on. If I unplug the power cable after fully charging and continue listening to music, the unit shuts off with a loud sound. Then I have to plug it back in so that I can start it and the whole thing starts all over again...
Has anyone contacted Teufel support about this?

Unfortunately, I have the same problem at the moment. Have you found a solution? I have checked the fuse (and the fixture).

You need to adjust the fuse that sits at the back of the charging cable. The 2 metal brackets are slightly displaced.
