I received the Stanmore II today. The following problem: The speaker is connected to my iPhone 8+ via Bluetooth - the device shows the connection - but I cannot send the audio signal to the speaker. What can I do about this?

The connection under Settings -> Bluetooth is only one thing. In addition, you must select the Stanmore as the playback device in the programme that plays the audio signal. To do this, you have an icon that contains several circles and a triangle.

Hello, there is an app that you have to install before the Bluetooth connection works. It's called Marshall Bluetooth. If they haven't done that yet, that would be the next step. Otherwise, no idea...
