Does anyone else have this problem? Could it be the output device? (I usually connect the headphones to my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S9), which is an older model).

When you switch ANC on or off, playback (not the connection) is briefly interrupted. This is also the case with me. Otherwise, the connection is stable.
