I recently got one of these holders and was quite pleased with the product. I then bought two more. Unfortunately, I now find that the gas spring in the middle arm of one of the three is not as strong as that of the other two. As soon as the arm is aligned horizontally and you push it down further, the gas springs no longer have enough force to hold the monitor in position. Therefore, I would like to ask if there is a way to adjust the force of the springs or to adjust them by tightening various screws? Or is this normal after a certain height/angle?
