I think the stick is nice, especially the two connection options, so that you can also quickly transfer something larger from smartphone to smartphone. What irritates me is that many people seem to find the stick great for their everyday work, e.g. sending presentations from the PC to the mobile phone or tablet. You know that it would be much faster to just connect the smartphone directly to the PC, right? Or via an online file share. A few dozen MBs are much quicker this way than going through a cache first.
