I treated myself to the normal one 3-4 years ago. Unfortunately, there were battery problems. According to Withings support, the battery cannot be replaced on the Scanwatch. The watch was exchanged. What is the situation with this one?

Our supplier referred us to the manufacturer. I have not found any information from Withings support that confirms that the battery can be replaced here. I assume that it is the same here. Otherwise, you can find the Withings support here: https://support.withings.com/hc...

They may be able to confirm this twice.
