I tried to connect two different Bluetooth headphones to the SanDisk Clip Sport Plus. The device shows the headphones but there is no transmission - so there is no sound. What am I doing wrong?

I always have to confirm the headphones in the Bluetooth options so that the tick comes up. Even if the device has already been recognised.
