Question about Sony Mdr-1000x

I use the BT-W2 as a Bluetooth adapter on a PC with Windows 10 (all updates available). I use the Sony MDR-1000X with it. Pairing and operation work without any problems, but only the output is connected, i.e. listening to audio is possible, micro is not. If I use the Sony MDR-1000X with my smartphone, everything works. How can I get the two devices to connect as output and input devices?

Windows key - enter "Sound" press ENTER
then right-click and make sure that "- Show disabled devices" and "- Show disconnected devices" are selected.
Then check whether the device is listed and active under PLAY and RECORD.
