I use the computer in connection with a Samsung TV with a resolution of 3840 x 2160. Is it possible to use this computer with this resolution? For example, for gaming?

Yes, this is possible. Please note that particularly graphics-intensive games may push the graphics card to its limits at the maximum resolution of 4k, so you may need to set a lower resolution or graphics options for optimal performance in-game. No problem for desktop work.
