Question about Logitech MX Keys Plus

I use the keyboard with a MacBook Air M1 connected to an external monitor that has built-in speakers. I can't change the volume using the MX keys. The speaker symbol appears, but with a crossed-out circle at the bottom - I can't turn the volume up or down. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do? Logitech Options is installed, but I can't find anything there either.

Apple does not allow this and it has nothing to do with your keyboard. Workaround: download the app "MonitorControl".

Hi Jan, check the sound output in the system settings to see that it is on the MacBook Air.
