I can’t decide whether to buy the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless or the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023). The HyperX headphones don’t seem to have these issues, but they have a worse microphone. I’m also unsure which one has better sound quality.

If I experience these problems with the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) during the warranty period (such as plastic cracking or unwanted noise), will I be able to return or replace them, or will this not be considered a warranty case?
