I want to use the monitor mainly for my PC games, is it at all recommendable for that? Are there already speakers built in and does it also support HDMI 2.0?

Without really answering your question, I would advise you from experience to buy a 2k (1440p) monitor. All 4k monitors have only 60hz, the 2k monitors have up to 165hz. Above all, gaming in 4k has not yet reached a point where it is worth buying a 4k monitor.
