I wanted to switch on my headset today but somehow it doesn't work. It's lit up green and it's charged but I can't turn it on, let alone connect it to the PC. What should I do?

The question is older, but maybe it will help someone else. I was able to solve the problem as follows:
I removed the padding from the right ear cup, the side where the LED is located.
There is a very small hole here, insert a pin, there is a reset button, then the headset worked perfectly again.

After switching on the headset, press the button on the headset with the Bluetooth symbol until the LED on the headset lights up blue and then click on Bluetooth on your PC on Add device and the headset should be visible there.
