As the previous speaker wrote, my TV doesn't have Bluetooth either, but it works with WiFi - although my wife set it up.

I was able to use this radio as a speaker via Bluetooth. My TV does not have Bluetooth, so I could not test it. Unfortunately it does not work the other way round, i.e. you cannot connect an external speaker (for example in another room) via Bluetooth or network (only input, no output).
