I would like to connect a mobile screen to my notebook. The mobile screen only has a USB-C cable for data transfer and power connection via the notebook. The notebook only has USB-A connections, no USB-C. Can the adapter also transfer the charging function, i.e. power?

Does the screen support the video signal and power via USB type A? If so, you should be able to use it.
