I don't think so. I was told that the Tolino is partially incompatible with Adobe Digital Editions and therefore a connection to the library does not work. In addition, you are forced to create an account with Orell Füssli whether you want to or not. Personally, I will never buy a Tolino again for these reasons.

Direct access is not (yet) possible. The Tolino firmware prevents this. However, it may be possible to download to a laptop and upload to the Tolino, e.g. via overdrive.com and Adobe Digital Edition
